Fariki Subscription Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fariki, we aim to provide a transparent and fair subscription experience for academies, players, parents, and users of the platform.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, renewals, and refund requests are handled. 

1. Subscription Billing 

Fariki subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan. 

By subscribing to Fariki, users authorize recurring payments until the subscription is canceled.

2. Cancellation Policy 

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Fariki app settings or by contacting customer support. 

When a subscription is canceled: 

• The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. • No additional charges will be applied after the current period ends. 

• Access to premium features continues until the subscription expiration date.

Example: 

If a user pays on May 1st for a monthly subscription and cancels on May 15th, they will continue to have access until May 31st. 

3. Refund Policy 

Fariki generally follows a *non-refundable subscription model*, which is standard for digital subscription services worldwide. 

This means: 

• Payments already made for the current billing period are typically non-refundable.

• Partial refunds are not provided for unused days remaining in a billing cycle.

• Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically generate a refund.

5. Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Considered 

Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the following situations: 

• Duplicate or accidental charges. 

• Technical issues that prevent access to Fariki services for an extended period. • Unauthorized purchases proven to be fraudulent. 

• Billing errors caused by Fariki. 

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

Fariki reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests after investigation.

6. Free Trial Cancellation (If Applicable) 

If Fariki offers a free trial period: 

• Users may cancel at any time before the trial ends. 

• No charges will apply if canceled before the billing date. 

• Once the paid subscription begins, the standard refund policy applies.
